Information collected

Quote requests may include contact details, journey addresses, vehicle information, IP address and browser information. Business accounts also store operational job and staff information.

How it is used

Information is used to calculate estimates, respond to recovery requests, operate assigned jobs, prevent abuse and maintain security records. Quote information is shared with the recovery company selected by the customer.

Retention

Closed and converted quote requests are automatically removed after the configured retention period, which defaults to 365 days. Security and accounting records may be retained longer where required.

Your rights

You may ask the relevant recovery company for access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests concerning the platform can be made through the business contact details shown on the relevant company website.
